Assisted with the install of an upcoming show at @namaraprojects. It’s always a pleasure helping artists bring their visions to life. Looking forward to seeing the work at the opening on October 10, featuring @evakolcze @robertdavidovitz @colleenmccarten and curated by @jthalmann1
What are people up to this long weekend? Here’s my plans - getting these printers working again! #3dprinting #repair
Giant 3D prints in progress!
Laser cut a quick shelf out of 1/4” clear acrylic for my IKEA Detolf cabinet. The Aliens APC collection has grown, so a display solution was necessary. #lasercut #aliens #toycollector
Huge congrats to @andrewdhq on his show at @hearth.hearth.hearth. I assisted in the fabrication of the translucent armadillo shell, which was printed out of resin by Canadian Additive Manufacturing Solutions. Thank you Andrew for your trust. #3dprinting #fabrication #artfabrication
The next exciting scene in our collaboration with @miniprints3d, the crystal cavern! I’ve wanted to make this for a long time, the potential of lighting through clear 3D printing is huge. This scene is designed to fit in the side of a model, in the under-utilized area of the fascia. Designed in @shapr3dapp figures by miniprints. #3dprinting #miniature #dragon #fantasyminiatures #diorama
Happy May The 4th! I 3D printed this amazing R2-D2 file from @fab_365 and increased the size to about 340%! With a bit of paint and weathering, it is a beautiful addition to the workshop. #starwars #maythe4thbewithyou #r2d2 #fab365 #3dprinting
Thrilled to share the pieces I had the pleasure of fabricating for @andrewdhq. His exhibition “Intravenous Dove” is on now at @blouindivision in Toronto. It was a series of excellent challenges in different materials and I thank Andrew for his trust. #torontofabricators #torontomaker #lasercut #3dprinting
It’s day two of the Barrie Allendale Train Show and here is a look at our other new product line called Rolling Scenes. If you have a model railway there is a good chance you have a gondola car, or a flat bed car, or even a container car. Rolling Scenes fit into the majority of 1:87 scale 50’ cars, adding a dash of whimsy to a freight train. Currently there are four scenes available, featuring details by @miniprints3d with more coming soon. #rollingscenes #hoscale #diorama #miniature #modelrailway

I’m all set up at the Barrie Allendale Train Show, it’s 10-4 today and tomorrow. Here’s a tour of my table, featuring a look at my other new product lines Rolling Scenes, and Container Flats. The majority of these products are 3D printed on a Prusa. #hoscale #modeltrains #diorama #3dprinting #prusa

Presenting CONTAINER FLATS, a new product from Loading Doc Productions. This is an inexpensive and easy way to fill out a shipping container yard, also known as intermodal transportation. The 1:87 scale product consists of side, tops, end, and door pieces that are 3D printed and completely flat. You simply attach the flat pieces to your own materials like foam, wood, or plastic to create the inner structure for a pile of shipping containers. Available now at our shop or at the Barrie Allendale show this weekend! #3dprinted #hoscale #intermodal #shippingcontainer #scalemodel
